Choy is the Regional Vice President of the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore. Aligned to EDB’s mission to create sustainable economic growth, his role is two-fold: to support businesses in their investments and expansion into Singapore and South-East Asia; and to develop ecosystems of the economy for innovation and structural transformation. Prior to his current role, he was part of the Consumer Industry team in EDB, and has more than 15 years of experience in the larger public service, in domains of defence, diplomacy, and social policy and strategy.
