Ranjani is an MBA professional with over 23 years of experience in the areas of Global Account Management, AML/CFT and Strategy. Industries that she has served includes Banking (Retail, Corporate and Correspondent), MSB, Travel Services, Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and Training Companies. She has always exhibited excellent relationship management skills through development of solid partnerships that includes Fortune 500 leaders, Top Tier Banks, Mid Tier and SME related corporates. Her natural instinct to cross-sell keeping risk in mind has led to steady growth at all of the organizations she has served. Ranjani has joined CTS since February 2020 (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Changi Airport Group) as the Executive Director approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for Changi Travel Exchange Pte Ltd, one of the subsidiary companies focused on the provision of payment services solutions for the Airport Group’s clients. In this capacity she manages the strategic direction of the company, and works closely with the department heads across CTS in terms of Existing and new product offerings across departments that involves any type of payment service which falls under Regulation. She also works closely with the Regulator, as well ensures that all financial services offered are AML Compliant to the local laws. She also serves in a consulting capacity at CPA Partnership Pte Ltd where she leads the Global Partnership and Business Development efforts of the firm particularly specializing in helping foreign companies who are looking to come to Singapore. She also serves as the AML advisor for the firm and continues to assumed key board responsibilities. She is regularly invited as a speaker for prestigious global events to speak on Singapore as a key business destination as well as provided key insights into AML/CFT. Under her the leadership, the firm’s revenue grew by 100% and was awarded the prestigious Best Consulting firm Title at the International Trade Council Go Global Awards. Between 2008 to 2015, Ranjani was the Deputy Country Head for Wells Fargo Bank Singapore and had the overall responsibility for the Singapore branch in the area of correspondent banking for both Account Management and in AML/CFT. Under her leadership, the revenues were the highest they had ever been during the branch’s 35 year history and to commend her efforts, she was bestowed with the Global Sales Champion Award by the bank in 2014. From 2001 through 2008, Ranjani held key Relationship Management positions in the United States in both Retail and Corporate Banking at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, USA as well as held a Managerial position with a large MNC, Enterprise Rent-a-Car. During her tenure, she was consistently recognized as a top performer and was invited regularly for the VIP circle award ceremonies within the banks. Ranjani holds the post of Chairperson, Singapore and Malaysia on behalf of the International Trade Council, where she works to promote cross border trade between corporates around the world. She is currently a grassroots leader under the People’s Association in Singapore, holds office as a treasurer at Club2Care, a not for profit initiative to help women in distress lead better lives. She is an office bearer at the Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society and is well known among the arts circles in Singapore
